Greetings:
We prayerfully read and study our Bible for God’s leadership principles. Then, our research compares God’s ideal plan to the leaders and tragedies that impact us today. The intent is not the hurt and pain of tragedy but to learn about the leadership challenges and revisit these with a Bible Based Servant leadership style.
“Leadership is … Serving with Integrity”, illustrates leaders both individually and organizationally. Then we look to improve Servant Leadership in both the ministry and secular world. The book is filled with scripture and closes with my personal vision for Healthy Leaders.
We are so very thankful for our Lord’s direction. As a former Executive in Business, Pastor and Western Canadian Coordinator. I’ve had the privilege to counsel and coach Pastors and Leaders in 200 churches. We are so very thankful for God’s leading.
