I have a dream.
When I share with faith based leaders, I have one prayerful dream. Yes, I read, study and prepare extensively. Yet, more importantly, I have a prayerful dream that impacts everything I do.
As recent as 2015, Christians self-report to be the largest religious group in the world. That is (31%) of Earth’s 7.3 billion people. (Pew Research Center) The data differs country by country, yet collectively the number is awesome.
God has provided a launch point for each of us to make a difference. Christ followers are Pastors, Leaders, School Teachers, Entrepreneurs, parents, students, Seniors and Young People everywhere. Some are employed by Christian organizations, the vast majority live and work within the secular world. We all have different styles of worship, unique interpretations in doctrine and practice. Yet, as a group, we believe, read scripture and support a local body of believers.

My prayerful dream for my family, my church and our connected believers worldwide is that we, each of us, individually and collectively work to demonstrate God’s love each and every day. Just imagine the phenomenal influence if you and I and all Christ followers would literally show Christ’s love in everything we do.
“Go out and train everyone you meet, far and near, in this way of life, marking them by baptism in the threefold name: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Then instruct them in the practice of all I have commanded you. I’ll be with you as you do this, day after day after day, right up to the end of the age.” (Matthew 28:19 MSG)
Leadership is prayerfully living each and every day demonstrating God’s love to everyone we connect with.
