Workplace violence costs businesses an estimated $36 billion a year and affects over 2 million Americans. High-character employees have an amazingly positive influence on their church, mission and business organizations. They are consistently loyal, making coming to work a positive experience for everyone. Employee morale improves at all levels. The positive thinking and living individuals contribute significantly to the organization’s financial health with high productivity and extremely positive relationships with staff, clients and customers. They are loyal to their employers, offer to do extra work and welcome training opportunities. They advance the organization’s Vision, Mission and Values. They reflect well on the company and promote it with positive word-of-mouth. They are consistently honest and are accountable to the organization, their staff and customers. They care for other staff while encouraging family and friends to be involved. Their decisions are fair, they are humble, give credit to others, are patient and their presence improves team work.
