I read pray and search my Bible for God’s leadership principles. Then, my research compares God’s plan to the leaders and tragedies that impact our world today. My intent is not the hurt and pain of tragedy but to learn about the challenges of leadership failure.
In my latest book, Leadership is … Serving with Integrity, we talk about leaders individually and organizationally. We then look to improve Servant Leadership in both the ministry and secular world. The book is filled with scripture and closes with my personal vision for Healthy Leaders to Lead, Serve and Care with integrity.
We are so very thankful for our Lord’s direction. As a former Executive in Business, Pastor, Regional Director and Western Coordinator. I’ve had the privilege to counsel and coach Pastors and Leaders in 200 churches. We are so very thankful for Gods leading.
